Sir Percy notices a beautiful woman showing an unusual interest in the Prince Regent's affairs and is unconvinced by her replies to his questions. Perhaps it's time for the Pimpernel to show his true colours.

Highlight of this show is clearly Groucho's encounter with Albert Hall (couple #3), a very funny exchange where Groucho looks genuinely thrown by the odd man with the crazy eyes.

While Groucho always had jokes to fall back on prepared in advance by staff writers, he never actually *met* the contestants until the show. Seeing him startled like this is always a high point when it happens. He spends most of the segment here pretending, hilariously, to be scared for his life.

Open All Hours
Season One, Episode One - 20 Feb. 1976

Stuttering shopkeeper Arkwright, assisted by his much put upon nephew Granville runs the corner shop in a suburb of Doncaster, boasting that it is open all hours. When not pursuing Gladys Emanuel, the district nurse who lives opposite the shop, Arkwright is ever on the look-out to save money, such as buying a load of fire-damaged tinned food. Unfortunately the damage means that all the labels have come off so nobody knows exactly what they are meant to be buying.

Julia Ross (Nina Foch) secures employment as an aid to a wealthy widow, Mrs. Hughes (Dame May Whitty), and goes to live at her house. Two days later, she awakens in a different house in different clothes and with a new iden****y.

A WWII pilot (Milland) with vital information for the allies is shot down in Nazi occupied France.
A young nun (Britton) sacrifices to help him escape. For all its underground intrigue, Nazi brutality and Machiavellian Gestapo methods, the film is a different sort of war romance. For one thing, its heroine is a novitiate nun and Ray Milland is an almost too happily married albeit dashing American aviator, forced down in occupied France.

Romany Jones is a British sitcom made by London Weekend Television, broadcast between 1972 and 1975, involving the comic misadventures of two layabout families living on a caravan site. The show was designed as a vehicle for James Beck and also featured Arthur Mullard and Queenie Watts as Wally and Lily Briggs.

Eddie, Jacko, and Arthur have a meeting to vote for the darts captain for the upcoming Christmas tournament.

Bill comes in and puts his name forward, so they decide on a drinking contest. Afterward, at home, Eddie must sleep on the couch, and he dreams they're all on a desert island; he is the dinner and Bill is the king. They win the darts match and Eddie gives the trophy to Bill.

Shelley and Fran give an early Christmas dinner in the bedsit, before having the real one with the parents, and receive uninvited guests.

When Ludicrus loses his seat in the senate, he decides to move the family to Rome, but Lurcio worries about who might be his next master when he finds out that they cannot afford to take him with them.

With sales down, once again, the staff put their heads together and at the last minute think of advertising on CB radio. It's free, so Mr Grace loves the idea.

Jacko comes back from holiday with news that he is getting married to a bingo caller he met on his travels. When she shows up, everybody thinks she's after his money; in fact, Joan knows this girl to be a gold-digger--and already married. She sends the girl packing and the wedding is off. Albert thinks Jacko will jump into the canal, and everybody heads out there to stop him.

Barbie announces that she's pregnant, Bill brags, and Eddie tries to convince Joan to start a family as well, believing that anything Bill can do, he can do better.

The cold has set in and fuel rations are severely limited amidst a fuel crisis, so Marsh is quick to alleviate C Flight of their portion of coke for Alice's use each night. Meanwhile, Ken is facing troubles of the heart.

⁣While the Martin's are Christmas shopping, Lassie saves a child from getting hit by a truck and is struck herself. Dr. Weaver is uncertain if he can do the operation to save her and the specialist who can is unreachable.
